Accordant Federal Certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business

Accordant Federal LLC, a government contractor specializing in systems integration and information management solutions, has been certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

​This certification is in recognition of CEO Jeffrey Payne’s military service.  Originally from Reading, PA, Mr. Payne graduated from the United States Naval Academy before serving in Navy’s submarine force.

Payne completed a successful tour as an officer on USS Rhode Island (SSBN-740).  He served as Electrical Officer, Chemical and Radiological Assistant, and Assistant Operations Officer.

He finished his time in the Navy at the Pentagon as a member of the Chief of Naval Operations staff.  During that time he managed a $100M+ military budget in support of submarine escape and rescue, the Arctic Submarine Laboratory, and Navy Diving.
